Hugo at Biola University

At the recent Biola Hispanic Conference in La Mirada, CA on April 5th, Hugo had the opportunity to impact the life of 500 Hispanic pastors, workers, and leaders.
The theme of the Conference was "The family God's way". Hugo touched their hearts with a powerful message on the topic "Biblical Values for Marriage".

En la reciente Conferencia Hispana de Biola en La Mirada, CA el 5 de Abril, Hugo tuvo la oportunidad de impactar la vida de 500 pastores, líderes, y obreros hispanos.
El tema de la Conferencia fue "La Familia a la manera de Dios". Hugo tocó sus corazones con un poderoso mensaje sobre el tema "Valores Bíblicos para el Matrimonio".

Hugo at Hispanic Church Planters Conference

On May 24, Hugo had the opportunity to instruct Hispanic Church Planters on "How to finance church planting projects". The Conference was organized by and held at First Fundamental Bible Church of Whittier, CA

Don in Peru

On April 8, Don will fly to Peru to minister to a group of pastors who minister in the jungle region of that country.
Those pastors need theological training and encouragement. He was invited by them through the help of Carlos Block, a missionary of EFCA Global.

El 8 de Abril, Don volará a Perú para ministrar a un grupo de pastores que sirven en la selva de ese país.

Pastoral Couples Retreat

On September 11-13, Hugo and Don had the opportunity to teach 22 pastors and their wives at the EFCAS West's Retreat for Hispanic Pastors in the beautiful town of Idyllwild, CA. The couples were challenged on the topics "The pastor and his wife", "The pastor as a father", and "The pastor and his time". Lilly García and María Sánchez also taught the wives regarding "The pastor's wife as a proper help" and "The pastor's wife and her involvement in ministry".

Del 11-13 de Septiembre, Hugo y Don tuvieron la oportunidad de enseñar a 22 pastores y sus esposas en el Retiro para Pastores en el lindo pueblo de Idyllwild, CA. El retiro fue patrocinado por EFCA West. Las parejas fueron desafiadas con los temas "El pastor y su esposa", "El pastor como padre", y "El pastor y su tiempo".
